▸My UPI got debited but credits didn't appear — what do I do?
This usually resolves on its own within a minute (the payment confirmation comes via webhook). Refresh /wallet. If credits still aren't there after 5 minutes, email help@intimacy.school with your transaction ID — we'll reconcile within 24 working hours.
▸Are my chats private?
Yes — 100%. Your conversations with companions are encrypted in transit and only you can read them. We never share, sell, or look at your chat content unless required by law or to investigate abuse. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
▸Can I get a refund?
Digital products (ebooks, unlocked chapters, AI generations) are non-refundable once delivered. If your payment failed and credits weren't added, contact us within 7 days with the transaction ID and we'll fix it. Failed AI messages auto-refund credits to your wallet.
▸How do I delete my account?
Email help@intimacy.school from your registered email with the subject "Delete my account". We'll confirm and remove your data within 7 working days.
▸Why is the AI sometimes slow?
High-traffic times can add a second or two. If a message takes more than 30 seconds, refresh the chat — credits are auto-refunded for any failed message.
▸Is this app for couples only, or singles too?
