The fine print, in plain language

Welcome to Intimacy School. By creating an account or using any part of our website at intimacy.school (the “Website”), our mobile-optimized web app, our AI companions, ebooks, novels, or any related services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to these Terms of Service (the “Terms”). Please read them carefully. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Services.

You must be 18 years or older to use the Services. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18+, that the information you provide is accurate, and that you are using the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes. If we have reason to believe you are under 18, we will close your account and delete your data.

You are responsible for keeping your account secure. Don’t share your login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access at help@intimacy.school. We are not liable for any loss caused by unauthorized account use that you failed to report.

We may suspend or terminate your account if we believe you have violated these Terms, attempted to defraud us or other users, or engaged in conduct that harms the Service or its community.

You agree NOT to use the Services to:

• Generate, request, or share content involving minors, non-consenting persons, or illegal acts.
• Harass, threaten, dox, or abuse other users, our staff, or third parties.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract our system prompts, persona memory, or model weights.
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit our ebooks, novels, AI conversations, generated images, or any other Service output.
• Bypass payment, credit, or usage limits — including via shared accounts, automated tools, or chargebacks made in bad faith.
• Use the Services for any purpose that is illegal under Indian law or the laws of your jurisdiction.

Our AI companions are designed to interact with consenting adults in tasteful, mature ways. The Service includes content filters and safety checks. Attempts to circumvent these (jailbreaks, prompt injection, etc.) will result in account suspension.

The Services use a credit-based system (“Credits”). Credits can be used to send messages to AI companions, unlock novel chapters, generate images, and access other features. Pricing for messages, generations, and chapter unlocks is shown in-app and may change. Any change applies only to future purchases, never retroactively.

You can purchase Credits via UPI, cards, net-banking, or any other payment method we support, processed by Razorpay. All amounts are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts. They do not expire as long as your account is active.

Digital products (ebooks, unlocked chapters, AI generations): Once delivered or generated, these are non-refundable, in line with industry practice for digital goods.

Credit recharge errors: If your payment was charged but Credits were not added to your wallet, contact us at help@intimacy.school within 7 days with your transaction ID. We will reconcile within 24–48 working hours and either credit your wallet or refund the amount to the original payment method.

Failed AI generations: If our AI fails to deliver a message, image, or completion due to a system error on our side, the Credits used are automatically refunded to your wallet — no manual action required.

Subscription / VIP plans: If we offer subscription tiers in the future, you can cancel renewal anytime from your profile. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no pro-rated refunds for unused time.

Refund requests outside these scenarios will be reviewed case by case. Email help@intimacy.school.

Our content: All ebooks, novels, blog articles, AI persona designs, system prompts, and other materials provided by Intimacy School are protected by copyright and remain our property (or that of our licensors). You receive a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to view and use them within the Services.

Your content:Messages you send, prompts you write, custom companions you design, and images you generate (“Your Content”) remain yours. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to store, process, and serve Your Content as needed to operate the Services and to improve our models in aggregated, de-identified form.

AI outputs: AI-generated text and images created during your sessions are yours to keep for personal use. Commercial redistribution without written permission is not allowed.

We take your privacy seriously. How we collect, use, and protect your data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

We aim for the Services to be available 24/7, but we don’t guarantee uninterrupted access. We may pause, modify, or discontinue features for maintenance, security, or product reasons. We’ll do our best to communicate planned downtime in advance.

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. While our content is created by qualified educators and researchers, it is intended for general guidance only — not medical, psychological, or legal advice. For serious concerns, consult a licensed professional.

Conversations with AI companions are simulations. They are not real people and do not substitute for human relationships, therapy, or professional counsel.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Intimacy School and its team are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we’ll notify you via email or in-app notice and update the “last updated” date above. Continued use of the Services after the change means you accept the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
